  • Returns: We do not accept returns at this time. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to minimize any issues upon delivery.

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges in two scenarios:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the exchange of the defective item with a new piece of the same design, subject to availability.
  2. Size Issues: If you encounter a sizing problem with your order, you may exchange the item for a different size, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. The exchange will be subject to availability of the desired size.
